Up Close and Personal!
Macro photography is about getting close, really close. This can be done using a telephoto leans and zooming into your object of interest or using a macro lens. Also, light - as in all photography - is key to make it (hopefully) an interesting image.

These images were taken with a Nikon Z7ii using the Z MC 50mm macro lens or the Z 24-200 mm lens with extension tubes.
These images were created using a Nikon D810 with the 60mm f/2.8 macro lens.
